Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of software licenses and digital services, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions. The following terms apply to all services and software licenses purchased through our website.

1. General Terms
  • All software sold through our website is considered digital content.
  • In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are instantly performed and delivered electronically.
  • Once the purchase is completed and the activation/download information has been delivered to the customer, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
2. Cancellation Conditions
  • If payment has been completed but the order has not yet been processed and the license information has not been delivered, the customer may request a cancellation.
  • In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
3. Refund Conditions
  • Once an activation code or license key has been delivered, refunds are not possible.
  • If the delivered software is defective, inoperable, or not as described, the customer has the right to request re-delivery or free correction.
  • In case of technical issues or incorrect product delivery, the customer should contact our support team for immediate resolution.
